Quotes are free and without obligation. Once a quotation is accepted, it becomes a binding agreement between the client and Freya Scaffolding Ltd.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation.
Changes to project scope, duration, or location may result in revised costs.
Payment terms appear on your invoice and must be honoured as agreed.
Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
4. Site Access & Responsibilities
Clients must ensure the site is safe and accessible for our equipment and team.
Delays due to unsafe or restricted access may result in additional charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, third parties, or events beyond our control.
5. Safety & Compliance
All scaffolding is erected and dismantled by trained, qualified professionals.
Clients must not alter or interfere with scaffolding once installed.
Any damage from misuse or unauthorised changes will be charged to the client.
6. Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may incur a fee.
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials or transport are booked.
7. Liability
Freya Scaffolding Ltd accepts no responsibility for indirect or consequential loss except in proven cases of negligence.
We hold full public liability insurance for all scaffolding operations.
8. Intellectual Property
